Position Overview

BayCare Medical Group is seeking Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAA) to join collaborative anesthesia teams at Mease Countryside Hospital in Safety Harbor, Mease Dunedin Hospital in Dunedin, and Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater.

Key Highlights

• No night call
• Only one holiday call per year
• Three day-call shifts per quarter (weekends only)
• Flexible schedules with 8-, 10-, 12-, and 13-hour options
• Optional cardiac; no pediatrics, no trauma
• Hospital-affiliated childcare

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant program
• NCCAA certification required
• Active Florida license or ability to obtain
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
