Position Overview
Full Time CRNA at Banner Churchill Community Hospital in Fallon, NV. Up to $350,000 annual compensation inclusive of call. 3 weeks on 1 week off schedule with 7a-5p shifts and 1:4 call rotation.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Facility Details
Banner Churchill Community Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital. Annual case volume 1,800. No heads, hearts, vascular, or spine cases. Case mix includes general surgery, ortho, gyn, endo, eyes, ENT, and healthy peds. Approximately 30 deliveries per month.
Qualifications
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certification required.
