Position Overview
US Anesthesia Partners seeks CRNAs for a care team model position in Henderson, Nevada. The role offers autonomy within a supervised environment across Las Vegas hospitals and health systems.
Compensation & Benefits
Base compensation ranges from $235,000 to $270,000. Additional $21,000 minimum from 6-8 weekends per year. $45,000 sign-on bonus and retention incentives available. $10,000 relocation assistance. 401k with employer match and quarterly profit-sharing. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage. 6 weeks PTO. CME allowance. Malpractice insurance including tail coverage provided.
Schedule & Call Requirements
Choose 3x12 or 4x10 shifts. No required call.
Practice Details
Work with a team of 35 CRNAs. Teaching opportunities available through Roseman University rotations. New graduates welcome with structured mentorship.
