Position Overview

Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at BIDMC seeks CRNAs for a collaborative anesthesia care team model at the academic center in Boston and affiliated community hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia for general surgery, trauma, regional, neurosurgery, thoracic, transplant, vascular, cardiac, orthopedics, pain, plastic, GYN, ENT, urology, GI, endoscopy and sports medicine cases.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with Massachusetts RN licensure in the expanded role of nurse anesthetist. Graduation from an AANA-accredited school of anesthesia. Current CRNA certification and maintenance per AANA and Massachusetts requirements. Ability to administer all types of anesthetics with minimal direction.

Facility Details

Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) academic center with seven community hospitals in Eastern Massachusetts. Collaborative model includes SRNA clinical rotations and resident training.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range $270,000-$280,000. Performance-based incentives for productivity and quality. Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance plus retirement plans with employer contributions.

Full-time position with diverse case mix in a teaching environment.
