Position Overview
Full-time CRNA position at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, New Hampshire, part of Mass General Brigham. Join an anesthesia care team model that respects CRNA autonomy and allows independent performance of invasive procedures such as vascular access and regional anesthesia.
Compensation & Benefits
- $40,000 sign-on bonus
- Salaried position up to $264,846.40 annually with overtime pay after scheduled shifts
- 4-10 hour shifts per week
- 7.6 weeks paid time off including 6.6 weeks vacation and 1 week CME
Schedule & Call Requirements
Day shifts with 4-10 hour schedule. Overtime available after daily shift.
Case Mix
Diverse cases including ortho, robotics, general, bariatrics, OB, gyn, GU, vascular, thoracics, healthy peds, and ENT.
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Current NH RN license
- NBCRNA certification
- Minimum experience as CRNA in acute hospital surgical services preferred
