Position Overview
Full-time CRNA position at Salem Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham in Salem, MA. Salary range $280,000-$305,000 with $40,000 sign-on bonus.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay range $280,000-$305,000. Sign-on bonus of $40,000. Comprehensive benefits package including career advancement opportunities, differentials, premiums, and bonuses.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Nurse Anesthesia required. CRNA certification from NBCRNA required. BLS and ACLS required. New graduates with 0-1 year experience preferred.
Schedule
40 hours per week, day shift, onsite.
Practice Model
Collaborative anesthesia care model with anesthesiologists. Supportive environment with orientation and training, especially for new graduates.
