Position Overview
Full-time and part-time CRNA positions at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, a Harvard teaching hospital in Boston. The role focuses on anesthesia for complex ENT, ophthalmology, head and neck, and pediatric cases.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual base pay range is $270,000 to $286,500. A $60,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Comprehensive benefits package includes career advancement opportunities, differentials, premiums, and bonuses.
Schedule & Call Requirements
Day and evening shifts available. Scheduled weekly hours are 40 for full-time roles.
Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and School of Nurse Anesthesia. Current Massachusetts RN license and Board of Nursing Expanded Role Certification required. ACLS/PALS certification preferred.
