Position Overview

CRNA II position on the Pediatric Team at Salem Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham. The role focuses on pediatric anesthesia with clinical practice, education, and quality improvement responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain active clinical practice in pediatric anesthesia.
• Serve as clinical resource and consultant for pediatric cases.
• Develop orientation program for new CRNAs and SRNAs in pediatric specialty.
• Create and deliver educational content on pediatric anesthesia topics.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Nurse Anesthesia required. CRNA certification from NBCRNA, Massachusetts RN license, BLS, and ACLS required. 2-3 years CRNA experience preferred. New graduates considered with tailored orientation.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range $280,000-$305,000 annually. $40,000 sign-on bonus. Comprehensive benefits package including career advancement opportunities, differentials, premiums, and bonuses.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Full-time, 40 hours per week, day shift. Onsite at 81 Highland Avenue, Salem, MA.
