CRNA Manager | Boston, MA

Position Overview

CRNA Manager position at Brigham and Women's Physicians Organization in Boston and Foxborough. Full-time, 40 hours per week, day shift. Provides direct patient care as a CRNA while managing a team of CRNAs and overseeing SRNA training.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all essential CRNA functions and direct patient care.
• Oversee performance of CRNA team and complete performance appraisals.
• Orient, train, and schedule SRNA staff.
• Support quality assurance and continuing education programs.
• Ensure billing compliance.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Nurse Anesthesia required. CRNA certification (NBCRNA), Massachusetts RN license, ACLS and BLS required. 5-7 years CRNA experience required. Strong clinical, managerial, and communication skills needed.

Compensation & Benefits
