CRNA II with $40K Sign-On | Salem, MA

Position Overview

CRNA II position at Salem Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham in Salem, MA. Full-time role combining clinical anesthesia practice with recruitment specialist responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services including patient history review, anesthesia administration, and perioperative monitoring.
• Partner with anesthesia leadership and Talent Acquisition on staffing needs and recruitment plans.
• Develop strategic marketing campaigns and source qualified CRNAs through networking and outreach.
• Build relationships with CRNAs, SRNAs, and anesthesia programs.
• Attend career fairs and coordinate interviews.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Nurse Anesthesia required. CRNA certification from NBCRNA, Massachusetts RN license, BLS, and ACLS required. 2-3 years CRNA experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range $280,000-$305,000 annually. $40,000 sign-on bonus. Comprehensive benefits package including career advancement opportunities, differentials, premiums, and bonuses.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Day shift, 40 scheduled weekly hours, onsite.
