Position Overview

Sanford Health seeks a BE/BC Anesthesiologist for the South University Department of Anesthesia in Fargo, ND.

Key Responsibilities

Core anesthesiology privileges include history and physical examinations and comprehensive management of patients rendered unconscious or insensible to pain during surgical and obstetrical procedures.

Qualifications

M.D. or D.O. degree required. Completion of ACGME-accredited residency or fellowship in anesthesia of 3-4 years. Board certification required within five years of residency completion. Minimum 200 anesthesia cases in the last 24 months for experienced applicants.

Practice Details

Team includes 23 anesthesiologists and 90+ CRNAs. Dedicated orthopedic practice at South University Hospital. No weekends, no holidays, no call. Academic appointment available through UND School of Medicine.
