Position Overview

Sanford Health seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join an established group in Bismarck, ND.

Practice Details

• 11 MDAs and 30 CRNAs
• 4:1 CRNA supervision model
• In-house call approximately 1/week with post-call day off
• Equal pay, vacation, call, and case mix for new hires
• Case mix includes cardiac, neuro, obstetrics, pediatrics, ortho, and general

Compensation

Base salary plus quarterly production-based payout in a pool-based system. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K, disability, life insurance, CME allowance, paid time away, malpractice with tail, and relocation allowance.

Qualifications

MD or DO degree. Completion of ACGME-accredited residency in anesthesia. Board certification required within five years of residency completion. Active involvement in at least 200 anesthesia cases in the last 24 months.
