Position Overview
Ochsner Health in New Orleans seeks BC/BE General Anesthesiologists for a full-time role in an MD primary model. Physicians can perform up to 75% of cases solo, with the balance involving residents and CRNAs.
Qualifications
Board certification or eligibility required. New graduates and experienced anesthesiologists are welcome. Candidates should enjoy caring for complex patients in a tertiary-care referral center.
Practice Details
The Department of Anesthesiology includes 70 anesthesiologists, 100 CRNAs, and more than 45 house staff. Annual case volume exceeds 52,000. Teaching opportunities exist with residents.
