Position Overview
Pediatric Anesthesiologist role at Ochsner Children's Hospital in New Orleans joining a team of seven general Pediatric Anesthesiology faculty.
Key Responsibilities
Practice includes all subspecialties with cases ranging from common outpatient procedures to complex neonatal surgery and liver transplants.
Qualifications
Completed Pediatric Anesthesiology fellowship or equivalent experience and subspecialty certification required.
Facility Details
Ochsner Children's Hospital ranked #1 in Louisiana. Dedicated Pediatric ER, 46-bed pediatric unit, 14-bed PICU, 12-bed CVICU, and 54-bed Level IV NICU. Supports 4-year anesthesia residency with over 30 residents and rotating medical students from the University of Queensland.
