Position Overview
Ochsner Health in New Orleans seeks BC/BE General Anesthesiologists to join an expanding team. The practice uses an MD primary model of care.
Practice Details
Physicians may perform up to 75% of cases solo. The balance involves working with residents and CRNAs. The department includes 70 anesthesiologists, 100 CRNAs, and more than 45 house staff. Annual case volume exceeds 52,000 at this tertiary-care referral center.
Qualifications
Board certification or eligibility is required. New graduates and experienced anesthesiologists are invited to apply. Candidates should enjoy caring for complex patients undergoing challenging surgical procedures.
