Position Overview

Locum tenens General Anesthesiologist opportunity in East Stroudsburg, PA. Provide anesthesia for general, neuro, orthopedic, and obstetric cases. Physicians supervise CRNAs and perform their own cases.

Schedule and Call Requirements

8- or 10-hour shifts or 16-hour days. 32 hours per week. Assignment length 52 weeks starting 7/13/2026.

Case Mix

General, neuro, orthopedic, and OB cases.

Qualifications

MD or DO from accredited medical college. Completion of approved anesthesiology residency. Board certification or fellowship required. Current physician license required. Pennsylvania license required; candidates needing licensure will not be accepted.

Compensation

Weekly estimated pay $8,860-$9,340. 1099 contract position.

Care team model with physicians supervising CRNAs and performing own cases. Epic charting system.
