Position Overview
Locum tenens anesthesiologist position in Webster, Texas, part of the Houston metro area. The role covers a large tertiary surgical program with obstetric and cardiovascular support.
Schedule and Call
Monday through Friday daytime coverage with 8-hour shifts. Overnight call from home and weekend call from home as needed. 40 hours per week.
Practice Model
Supervision of 1 to 3 operating rooms in a collaborative care team model with CRNAs.
Compensation
Weekly estimated pay of $3,070 to $3,580 on a 1099 contract.
Requirements
Board eligible or board certified in anesthesiology. Active Texas physician license or ability to obtain one. New graduates welcome. Experience preferred.
Start Date and Duration
Start date November 1, 2026. Duration 24 weeks.
