Position Overview

Partnership track Anesthesiologist role with USAP Spectrum Division in Dallas, TX. The practice operates across premier hospitals and ASCs in Collin, Denton, and Dallas counties including Plano, Richardson, McKinney, Frisco, Dallas, and Flower Mound.

Practice Details

23 physicians and 15 CRNAs. Healthy mix of ASA statuses and surgery types including obstetrics. Regional skills required. No cardiac cases. Care team approach limited to one location with substantial solo practice.

Partnership Track

Productivity model identical to partners. Transparent financials. Democratic governance with owner-operator participation encouraged. Flexibility in work-life balance with some partners taking up to 20 weeks vacation.

Schedule and Call

First call averages once every 5.5 days.

Location

Physicians can reside across southern urban Dallas to northern McKinney suburbs, western Flower Mound to eastern Lake Lavon in Murphy, including growing Frisco and Prosper communities.
