Position Overview

Locum tenens anesthesiologist opportunity in Tomball, Texas at a Level III trauma center using a care team model.

Schedule and Call

Monday through Friday with 12-hour rotating shifts totaling 36 hours per week. Includes daytime coverage plus restricted and unrestricted call on weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Board certified or board eligible anesthesiologist. New graduates may be considered. Cardiac fellowship training preferred. TEE certification required. Ability to supervise CRNAs.

Case Mix

Broad coverage including trauma, cardiac, GI, neurosurgery, oncology, orthopedics, general surgery, bariatrics, and NICU-related cases.

Compensation

Estimated weekly pay $2,780-$3,240. 1099 contract position.

24 weeks starting 11/01/2026.
