Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant position with US Anesthesia Partners at Lee Memorial and Cape Coral Hospital systems in Fort Myers, Florida. Full-time call position on a care team model.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care across three hospitals and three outpatient surgery centers. Handle complex cardiothoracic, advanced regional, pediatric, and over 4,000 annual labor and delivery cases.

Practice Details

Team includes 30 anesthesiologists and 64 anesthetists delivering over 50,000 anesthetics per year. Supervision ratio varies from 1:2 to 1:4.

Compensation

Base salary starts at $230,000 with potential up to $400,000 including shift premiums and call pay. Specialty stipends up to $60,000 for cardiac or pediatric. Sign-on bonuses up to $90,000.
