Position Overview

US Anesthesia Partners seeks full-time CAAs for AdventHealth Hospital locations throughout Central Florida.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia services across a range including cardiothoracic, transplant, neurosurgery, pediatric, orthopedic, and over 8,000 annual labor and delivery procedures.

Qualifications

All CAAs must comply with American Academy of Anesthesiologist Assistants guidelines and meet state licensure and hospital credentialing requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

Tiered base pay based on years as a CAA with guaranteed hours. Options for 2-, 3-, or 5-year sign-on bonuses. $3,333 monthly student stipend available. Retirement plan with 4% 401k match and 3% profit sharing. Starting at 8 weeks paid time off. Continued education allowance. Evening, night, cardiac, and peds differentials. Annual bonuses starting on second anniversary.

Schedule & Call Requirements

36- and 40-hour full-time work week options. No overnight call. Flexible scheduling with overtime available.
