Position Overview

Full-time Anesthesiologist role at Northern Dutchess Hospital, an 84-bed facility in Rhinebeck, NY, part of the Nuvance Health system.

Salary of $475K. Sign-on incentive up to $100K. Case Assignments

Endo, ortho, general, OB, ENT, uro, and chronic pain.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures. Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent. Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients. Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia. Monitor patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed. Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited institution. Completion of Anesthesiology Residency. Board Eligible or Board Certified. Current medical licensure. ECFMG/FLEX if applicable.
