Position Overview

Part-time CRNA position at UK King's Daughters in Ashland, Kentucky. Responsible for collaborating with surgeons and anesthesiologists to administer general anesthesia and manage patients of all ages across surgical and diagnostic procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks on anesthesia equipment and verify supplies.
• Conduct pre-anesthetic preparation, patient evaluation, and obtain informed consent.
• Select, prepare, and administer anesthetic agents.
• Monitor patient responses and manage induction, maintenance, and emergence.
• Insert and manage invasive lines, catheters, and airway devices.
• Document clinical activities and maintain licensure and certifications.
• Instruct and supervise students and personnel as assigned.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Nurse Anesthesia Program. Active RN and CRNA licenses. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required. New graduates accepted with 0+ years experience.
