Position Overview
Full-time Pediatric Anesthesiologist day hawk position at Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Schedule is 1 week on and 2 weeks off with no additional call and no nights.
Key Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia for full range of pediatric cases from neonates to 17 years with no pediatric open hearts. Adult cases include trauma, cardiovascular, neuro, orthopedics, obstetrics, and outpatient procedures.
Facility Details
Broward Health Medical Center is a 716-bed hospital and the flagship facility for Broward Health. It maintains an academic partnership with Florida Atlantic University and is a statutory teaching hospital. The anesthesia care team includes 19 physicians and 42 CRNAs. Annual case volume is 14,000.
Compensation & Benefits
$100,000 start date bonus plus relocation bonus. Florida has no state income tax.
Schedule & Call Requirements
1 week on and 2 weeks off. Day shift only with no nights and no additional call.
