Cardiac Anesthesiologist - $150K Bonus | Gainesville, FL

Position Overview

Envision Physician Services seeks a Board Eligible/Board Certified Cardiovascular Anesthesiologist for a full-time W2 position at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital in Gainesville, Florida. This collaborative cardiac anesthesia team opportunity features new increased compensation with a $150K start date bonus, yearly cardiac stipend, and annual retention bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide cardiac anesthesia across a wide variety of cases including OB, General, B&B, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, GI, vascular, interventional radiology, and neurointerventional radiology
• Participate in the care team model with 20 physicians and 40 APPs
• No trauma or transplant cases; minimal pediatric volume

Schedule & Call Requirements

• Week of call followed by a week post-call, then two non-call weeks
• Full-time schedule with excellent work-life balance

Facility Details

HCA Florida North Florida Hospital is a 523-bed full-service medical center located 3.5 miles from the University of Florida campus. The facility serves north central Florida with services including cardiovascular care, oncology, gastroenterology, orthopedics, women's care, and neurology. Annual case volumes include 15,000–17,000 general anesthesia cases, 250–300 OB deliveries per month, and 50–75 cardiac cases per month. It is a teaching facility for MDs and SRNAs.
