Position Overview

Envision Physician Services is seeking a Chief Anesthesiologist to lead the anesthesia department at Seaside Surgery Center in Naples, Florida. This dual clinical and administrative leadership role involves overseeing anesthesia services, establishing clinical protocols, managing a dedicated team, and maintaining high standards of patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee anesthesia services and establish clinical protocols
• Manage a dedicated team of providers
• Optimize workflows in main operating rooms and procedure room
• Maintain highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction

Schedule & Call Requirements

• Full-time schedule: 7a-5p
• No call
• No weekends

Practice Details

• 2 ORs and 1 procedure room
• MC/CRNA supervision ratio 1:2
• Primarily orthopedic cases
• Occasional sedation for pain procedures
• No spine cases
• No pediatric cases
