Position Overview

Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologist full-time position at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital in Hollywood, Florida.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia for full range of pediatric cardiac cases including heart transplants, ventricular assist devices, and all neonatal operations. Participate in 8000 cases annually with 250-300 open heart cases and 500+ cardiac caths.

Qualifications

Current Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesia fellows and experienced providers with strong pediatric cardiac background are welcome.

Facility Details

Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital has 232 beds, an 84-bed Level II and III NICU, 30-bed PICU, and 12-bed intermediate care unit. Anesthesia care team consists of 16 physicians and 16 APPs.

Compensation & Benefits

$100k start date bonus. Competitive compensation and benefits package includes health, dental and vision benefits, 401k with match, and paid malpractice with tail coverage. Florida has no state income tax.
