Minimum 3-5 years experience required. Previous leadership experience preferred.

Facility Details

HCA Florida Osceola Hospital is a 407-bed tertiary care hospital and Level II Trauma Center. Teaching hospital affiliated with UCF College of Medicine. Performs all cases except transplants, high acuity peds, or burns.

Compensation & Benefits

$150k start date bonus, chief stipend, relocation bonus, competitive base salary, annual CME allowance, PTO, medical, dental, vision, short/long-term disability, parental leave, life insurance, 401(K) with employer contribution, and 100% paid malpractice with tail coverage.

Schedule & Call Requirements

Home call shared evenly among the team.
