Position Overview

Nighthawk Anesthesiologist full-time W2 position at AdventHealth Ocala in Ocala, FL. Schedule is 26 weeks of nights with 26 weeks off annually, either two weeks on/two weeks off or one week on/one week off. Home call only.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia for general, OB, ortho, spine, vascular, endo, GYN, ENT, robotics, urology, GI, bariatrics, neuro IR, cardiology, and minimal healthy peds cases. No trauma or open hearts.

Practice Details

ACT model with 9 physicians and 31 CRNAs. Annual case volume 12K-14K across 16 ORs, endo suite, OB suite, and neuro IR suite. OB volume 2.5K annually.

Compensation & Benefits

$100k starting bonus plus relocation bonus. Benefit eligible on start date. Medical, dental, vision, short/long-term disability, parental leave, life insurance, 401(K) with employer contribution, and 100% paid malpractice with tail coverage. Ability to pick up extra shifts on off-weeks.
