Anesthesiologist with $100K Bonus | Ocala, FL

Position Overview

Full-time BC/BE Anesthesiologist position at AdventHealth Ocala with Envision Physician Services. The practice includes 9 anesthesiologists and 31 CRNAs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia for general, OB, ortho, spine, vascular, endo, GYN, ENT, robotics, urology, GI, bariatrics, neuro IR, cardiology, and minimal healthy pediatric cases. Annual volume is 12K-14K cases across 16 ORs plus endo, OB, and neuro IR suites. OB volume is 2.5K deliveries per year. No trauma or open heart cases.

Schedule and Call

Full-time schedule with fair home call on a 1:9 rotation and post-call day off.

Compensation and Benefits

$100K start date bonus, newly increased compensation, annual retention bonus, relocation assistance, 10 weeks PTO, 401(K) with employer contribution, and 100% paid malpractice with tail coverage.
