Position Overview

Envision Physician Services seeks an Anesthesiologist for a dayhawk role at Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The schedule is 1 week on and 2 weeks off with shifts from 0700-1900, no additional call, and no nights.

Key Responsibilities

Provide anesthesia care across a broad case mix including trauma, neuro, orthopedics, pediatrics, obstetrics, and outpatient procedures. Cardiac cases are handled by dedicated cardiac anesthesiologists. Supervise CRNAs at ratios of 1:2, 1:3, or occasionally 1:4.

Broward Health Medical Center is a 716-bed hospital with 14,000 annual surgical cases. The anesthesia care team includes 19 physicians and 42 CRNAs. The facility has modern equipment and holds a teaching affiliation with Florida Atlantic University.

Compensation & Benefits

$100k start date bonus plus relocation bonus. Florida has no state income tax. Per diem opportunities available internally or externally.

Schedule & Call Requirements

1 week on/2 weeks off. Day shifts only, Monday through Sunday. No nights and no additional call.
