Position Overview

Anesthesiologist position with Anesthesiology Associates of Tallahassee at HCA Florida Capital Hospital and affiliated sites. Full time and part time options available.

Compensation & Benefits

$100K start date bonus plus relocation bonus. Profit share model after 18 months with compensation above 90th percentile MGMA. 11 weeks PTO. Benefits eligible on start date including medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, 401(k) with company match, CME allowance, Florida licensure assistance, and paid malpractice with tail coverage.

Practice Details

Care team model with 34 physicians and 99 anesthetists. Cases include general surgery, trauma, OB, orthopedics, hearts, endo, pediatrics, and neurology. Physician must be cardiac capable and proficient with echo.

Schedule & Call

In-house call 2-3 times per month with post-call day off.
