Position Overview
Anesthesiologist full-time position at HCA Florida Osceola Hospital in Kissimmee, Florida. The role is part of an anesthesia care team with 8 physicians and 27 CRNAs.
Key Responsibilities
Case mix includes general, trauma, ortho, OB/GYN, neuro, ENT, thoracic, GI, and pediatrics. Annual volume is 10,000 surgical cases, 550 cardiac cases, and 1,200 deliveries.

HCA Florida Osceola Hospital is a 407-bed tertiary care hospital and Level II trauma center. It is a teaching hospital affiliated with UCF College of Medicine and offers comprehensive services including heart and vascular, stroke care, and women's services.
Compensation & Benefits
$100K sign-on bonus, retention bonuses, relocation bonuses, 9 weeks PTO plus 6 holidays, business expense reimbursement account, enhanced 401K contribution, and malpractice with tail coverage. Florida has no state income tax.
