Position Overview

Envision Physician Services seeks a full-time BC/BE Anesthesiologist with cardiac experience for a dynamic team at HCA Florida Aventura Hospital. Cardiac fellowship is not required.

Key Highlights

• Unique schedule: 2 weeks on, 1 week off
• $75K start date bonus and relocation assistance
• Diverse case mix: Neuro, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, GI, Cardiovascular, and General Surgery (no Peds or OB)
• Annual case volume: 11,000
• Care team model with 13 anesthesiologists and 14 allied professionals
• 11 ORs plus GI and IR/Cath labs
• Level II Trauma Center

Cardiac Focus

Separate cardiac service handling CABG, valve replacement, aortic surgery, TEVAR, TAVR, MitraClip, EP cases requiring TEE, Watchman, and ECMO. Physicians perform own cases and 1:1 resident coverage for open hearts.

Schedule & Call

General and cardiac call frequency of 1:4. Excellent work-life balance in South Florida.
