Night Float Anesthesiologist - 35 Weeks Off + $75K Bonus | Margate, FL

Position Overview

Join the anesthesia team at HCA Florida Northwest Hospital in Margate, Florida, for a rare night float opportunity offering exceptional work-life balance. This full-time role features a unique schedule of 1 week on followed by 2 weeks off, allowing you to work only 17.3 weeks per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide night float coverage (Mon-Sun 6p-7a)
• Manage B&B, OB, EP/TEE, Neuro/IR, and Endo cases
• Deliver approximately 125-150 OB anesthetics per month
• Perform basic regional and OB anesthesia

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology
• Proficient in basic regional and OB anesthesia
• No hearts or pediatric cases required

Facility Details

HCA Florida Northwest Hospital is a 289-bed full-service community hospital with 9 ORs, 2 OB ORs, Endo, EP, and IR suites. The facility supports an ACGME-accredited anesthesiology residency program. The anesthesia care team includes 9 general anesthesiologists, 3 cardiac anesthesiologists, 5 night float anesthesiologists, and 13 APPs.
