Cardiac Anesthesiologist | Miami, FL

Position Overview

Envision Physician Services is seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist with cardiac experience to join the team at HCA Florida Kendall Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center in Miami, Florida. This full-time or part-time opportunity focuses on a mix of general and cardiac anesthesia in a collaborative care team model.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide cardiac anesthesia for procedures including CABG, MVR, TVR, AVR, valve replacements, off-pump CABG, Cryomaze, and Watchman
• Manage complex adult cases including trauma
• Participate in cardiac call (one weekend per month and one weekday per week, separate from general call)

Qualifications

• BC/BE Anesthesiologist
• Cardiac experience required; fellowship training not required
• Echo certification required; TEE certification preferred
• Comfortable with high-acuity cases in a Level I Trauma Center

Facility Details

HCA Florida Kendall Hospital is a 417-bed award-winning facility offering trauma, burn care, pediatrics, maternity, orthopedics, and more. The practice includes a GME-accredited anesthesia residency program with 22 physicians and 27 CRNAs handling approximately 16,000 annual cases, including 200 cardiac cases.
