Position Overview

North Florida Anesthesia Consultants seeks a full-time CRNA to join the team at Ascension St. Vincent's facilities in Jacksonville, FL. Enjoy a collaborative, high-functioning anesthesia team with strong leadership, flexible scheduling, and emphasis on work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for General Surgery, Ortho, GYN, Neuro, Spine, Vascular, and Robotics cases
• Work across multiple Ascension St. Vincent's sites including Riverside, Southside, Clay County, St. Johns County, and area surgery centers

Schedule & Call Requirements

• Flexible shifts: 5x8s or 4x10s
• Low call requirements
• Overtime opportunities available

Compensation & Benefits

• Start date bonus: $150K for 4-year commitment, $100K for 3-year, or $75K for 2-year
