Pain Management Anesthesiologist | Philadelphia, PA

Position Overview

Established medical group seeks a Pain Management Physician (Anesthesiology or PM&R background) for a full-time outpatient interventional pain position in the Philadelphia/Allentown, PA region. The role focuses on comprehensive chronic pain care in a modern facility with strong administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive outpatient evaluations and interventional procedures including epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, radiofrequency ablations, and joint injections
• Develop personalized treatment plans using image-guided techniques and multimodal non-opioid regimens
• Manage 20-30 patients per day with efficient EHR documentation
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers, physical therapists, and referring specialists

Qualifications

• MD or DO from accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Eligible in Anesthesiology or PM&R
• Pain Management fellowship preferred; experienced non-fellowship candidates considered
• Active or eligible Pennsylvania medical license, DEA, and PA controlled substances registration
