Position Overview

Valley Anesthesiology Consultants, an Envision practice, seeks a BE/BC Anesthesiologist for a mid-shift position at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, Arizona. This full-time role offers excellent work-life balance with a predictable schedule and strong compensation.

Schedule & Call Requirements

• Three 12-hour weekday shifts (7a-7p)
• Two 10-hour weekend shifts per month (7a-5p)
• Two holidays per year (one summer, one winter)
• Additional shifts available at $200/hour

Compensation & Benefits

• $425,000 annual base salary
• $100,000 start date bonus
• $200/hour for extra shifts

Facility Details

Banner Thunderbird Medical Center is a 561-bed Level I Trauma Center with 15 main ORs. Case mix includes general, cardiovascular, neuro, ortho, OB/GYN, transplants, peds, and bariatrics. The facility recently completed a $290 million expansion.
