Flexible Dental Anesthesiologist | Dallas-Fort Worth, TX

Position Overview

Seeking a permanent Anesthesiologist for 100% dental cases at an established outpatient center in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. This role offers 100% solo physician hands-on care with no CRNA supervision required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct general anesthesia and deep sedation for 5-8 dental cases daily
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations for adult and healthy pediatric patients
• Manage airway, monitoring, and sedation autonomously
• Oversee post-anesthesia recovery and discharge
• Maintain compliant EHR documentation
• Float between designated DFW clinical sites

Qualifications

• MD or DO from accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Accredited Anesthesiology residency completed
• Proficiency in office-based dental anesthesia and healthy pediatric airway management
• Active or eligible Texas medical license, DEA, and Texas Controlled Substances registration
• ACLS and PALS certifications
• Physician must provide own malpractice insurance

Schedule & Call Requirements

• Monday through Friday, 2 to 5 days per week
• Daytime outpatient hours with flexible scheduling
• No call requirements
