Position Overview

Hospital-employed full-time CRNA position at Mount Nittany Medical Center in State College, Pennsylvania. The role is part of an Anesthesia Care Team model practiced 100% of the time.

Schedule and Call

Shifts available in 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour blocks. Third call with average call-ins less than one per week.

Practice Details

Case mix includes general surgery, orthopedics, urology, plastic surgery, ENT, vascular, pain management, OB/GYN, ophthalmology, and healthy pediatrics. No heads or hearts. Facility has 12 main ORs, 4 surgery center ORs, 4 endoscopy suites, and a C-section suite. Join 11 anesthesiologists and 20 CRNAs.

Compensation

Base salary ranges from $233,000 to $293,000 based on experience. Annual quality and productivity bonus of $5,000 available. Sign-on bonus up to $50,000 with 4-year commitment. Relocation assistance provided.

Requirements
