Compensation & Benefits

Salary of $550,000. 8 weeks of vacation with guaranteed post-call days and dedicated CME time. Paid occurrence-based medical liability insurance. No noncompete for anesthesiologists. Practice Details

Care team model with 1:3 to 1:4 supervision ratio outside of OB. Epidurals performed by physicians. Case mix includes general and vascular surgery, orthopedics, some neuro, and women's health. Coverage at Aurora Medical Center Oshkosh and new hospital in Fond du Lac. No in-house call with 30-minute response requirement.

Qualifications

Completion of accredited anesthesiology residency. Board-eligible or board-certified in anesthesiology.
