Compensation & Benefits

Starting salary $210,000+. Up to $140,000 in recruitment incentives for eligible SRNA candidates. CME reimbursement up to $2,500 plus 5 additional PTO days per year. PTO accrual starts at 30 days per year. Six weeks paid birthing-mother maternity leave and four weeks paid parental leave. Qualifications

Current North Carolina RN license. Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia. National Board certification as a CRNA. Current North Carolina CRNA licensure. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. New graduates and SRNAs eligible for incentives.
