Position Overview
Chief CRNA position at Pratt Regional Medical Center in Pratt, Kansas.

CRNA-only facility with full autonomy. Case mix includes Ortho, Endo, ENT, Ophthalmology, General, OB/Gyn, Podiatry, and Urology.
Schedule & Call Requirements
Beeper call from home 1:6 with post-call day off. 4 CRNAs on-site daily out of 6 total.
Compensation & Benefits
$410,000 1099 plus $20,000 leadership stipend. 10 weeks off. Relocation assistance available. Financial coaching and access to group benefits through preferred partnerships.
Qualifications
Board certified. New graduates welcome.
