Position Overview
Full-time CRNA position in Wichita, KS at a hospital setting. The role follows a care team model with no call required and a 5/8 schedule.
Schedule & Call Requirements
Day shifts only on a 5/8 schedule. No call. OB option available with 24-hour shifts for those interested.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranges from $220,000 to $250,000 annually. W2 preferred with 1099 options available. Sign-on bonus negotiable. Starts with 6 weeks PTO, increasing to 7 weeks after one year and 8 weeks after five years. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, and long-term disability. Employer contributes 7.4% of gross wages to 401(k) via safe harbor and profit sharing with immediate vesting.
Practice Details
Cases include general surgery, podiatry, urology, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, ENT, and ECTs. Regional anesthesia available. New graduates encouraged to apply.
