Position Overview

Critical care anesthesiologist position at Tampa General Hospital, a 1000+ bed academic tertiary care center and the only Level I trauma center in the Tampa Bay region. The role includes work in C-ICU, burn and wound, chest and thoracic, and vascular and interventional surgery units.

Schedule and Call Requirements

15 shifts per month schedule, typically one week of shifts followed by one week off with no real call.

Key Responsibilities

Provide critical care in multiple ICU settings. Participate in teaching residents and eligible for faculty appointment in the Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine at the USF Morsani College of Medicine.

Qualifications

Board-certified or board-eligible critical care anesthesiologist. Early career and experienced physicians welcome.
