No Call Outpatient CRNA | Bethel Park, PA

Position Overview

Full-time CRNA position at UPMC South Surgery Center in Bethel Park, PA. The role involves providing anesthetic care in a fast-paced outpatient surgery center with 4 ORs.

Schedule and Call

Shifts of 8, 9, or 10 hours available. No nights, weekends, holidays, or beeper call.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia and related care including pre-anesthetic preparation, induction, maintenance, emergence, and post-anesthesia care.
• Manage controlled substances per department, hospital, state, and federal guidelines.
• Assist with teaching and evaluation of newly hired CRNAs, GRNAs, and SRNAs.
• Participate in quality improvement processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
• Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Board certified or eligible by the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
