Position Overview

Essential Anesthesia Management seeks a CRNA for Montrose Regional Health in Montrose, Colorado. The role offers independent practice within a collaborative team model at a 75-bed regional hospital.

Compensation

Annual compensation is $386568. Additional pay of $200 per hour applies for out-of-grid hours and call back.

Schedule and Call

Rotating schedule includes 8-hour and 10-hour weekday shifts with one full week off every five weeks. Primary CRNA call is 1:5 Monday through Friday and Sunday, with backup call on Saturdays.

Practice Details

Team includes 5 CRNAs and 3 anesthesiologists with daily staffing of 4 CRNAs and 2 anesthesiologists. Cases cover GYN, spine, OB, orthopedics, plastics, podiatry, urology, and some thoracics. OB volume is 321 cases per year.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold or be eligible for a Colorado CRNA license and demonstrate ability to practice with autonomy.

Montrose is in western Colorado near Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, offering outdoor recreation including hiking, fishing, skiing, and mountain biking. It is 65 miles from Grand Junction and Telluride.
