Key Responsibilities

• Pre-anesthetic preparation and evaluation
• Anesthesia induction, maintenance, and emergence
• Post-anesthesia care and peri-anesthesia support
• Accountability for controlled substances per policy
• Participation in quality improvement processes

Schedule

Self-scheduling with flexible shifts of 8, 10, 12, or 24 hours.

• Neurosurgery
• Vascular surgery
• Thoracic surgery
• Orthopedic surgery
• OB
• Cardiac
• General surgery
• GI procedures
• Colon and rectal surgery

Compensation

Casual base rate of $190.74 per hour.

Qualifications

Graduate of accredited nurse anesthesia program. Current Pennsylvania RN license. CRNA certification required. ACLS and PALS as required by institution. Master's degree preferred.
