Position Overview

Locum tenens CRNA position in York, Pennsylvania at a 593-bed Level I trauma hospital. Full-time coverage with 4-5 ten-hour shifts Monday through Friday. Medically directed model at 1:3 maximum 1:4 ratio.

Schedule and Call Requirements

Day shifts only with start times between 0615 and 0700 ending between 1630 and 1700. No overtime. No call requirements mentioned.

Practice Model and Case Mix

Medically directed practice. Cases include trauma, neuro and spine, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, APS, NORA, OB/GYN, general, GI, pediatrics, plastics, ortho, and robotics. CRNAs perform epidurals without physician present but do not perform blocks. Skills required include GETA, MAC, regional, spinal, and ultrasound techniques. EMR is Epic. Patient population includes all ages.

Requirements

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with PA license or compact license. ACLS and PALS required. Two years experience preferred.
